During the school holidays, Karin runs a series of standalone or short workshops for all ages. These classes do sell out, so make sure you get in early!
Paint Your Pet Workshop
The most popular school holiday program at Fusion Cre8tive
You’ll be guided through the process of creating a beautiful portrait of your pet using acrylic paints, and posca paint markers.
Kids will learn how to paint the unique features of your pet, including the eyes, nose, and fur. You’ll also learn various painting techniques to bring your artwork to life, such as blending and shading.
With this 2.5 hour workshop, kiddies will have plenty of time to complete their masterpiece and take home a one-of-a-kind painting of their beloved pet.
Kids School Holiday Drawing Class
Ignite your creativity in this stimulating and engaging drawing class for students aged 7+ years!
These classes are designed for kids and adults wanting to learn or improve fundamental techniques in drawing using graphite, ink and charcoal.
Students will learn a series of steps and principles that will allow them to grow as young artists harnessing their fine and gross motor skills while improving concentration and developing their creativity, imagination and social skills.
On the day students will get a selection of images to choose from and we will be working in graphite or charcoal to produce a masterpiece.
Kids School Holiday Painting Class
This painting and art class is the perfect colourful escape and kids will learn some great new techniques and artistic skills while enjoying their hiatus from the classroom.
Karin Duarte a full time artist from Fusion Cre8tive will guide kids step-by-step through the painting process, ensuring they learn lots of new skills and finish up with an artwork they’ll be proud to hang up on the wall.
Each session will have around six paintings to choose from. You can make up your mind on the day. Inspired by the old and current masters.
We will be working with acrylic paint on canvas with the use of posca markers for detail.
